Fisheree Time in Adams County

As if you needed an excuse to go fishing - there are three fisherees coming up in Adams County!

Saturday January 19th head to Lake Sherwood Lodge in the Town of Rome for the Lake Sherwood Fisheree. Registration begins at 7AM, $10/adults $5/children 12 and under, and fishing is from 8AM to 4PM. Biggest fish categories include Walleye, Northern and Bass, and for children biggest Bluegill.

Also on the 19th is the Lake Mason Lions Club Annual Winter Fisheree from 5AM to 3PM at the Wagon Wheel Campground west of Briggsville. Registration is $5.

And Sunday January 27th is the Castle Rock Bassmasters Annual Fisheree on Friendship Lake in Friendship from 10AM to 3PM.

Bassmasters Fisheree

This Sunday head to Friendship Lake just north of the Village of Friendship on Highway 13 for the Annual Castle Rock Bassmasters Fisheree from 10AM to 3PM. Lots of great fun and prizes. Kids contest at 1PM.

Castle Rock Bassmasters Fishing Tournament

June 26th is the Annual Rick Klein Memorial Bass/Walleye Tourney sponsored by the Castle Rock Bassmasters. The event will be held at the Castle Rock County Park, Adams County (east) side. This is a team event, entry fee is $80/boat or team.

Proceeds from the tournament benefit area High School with $1,800 Scholarships in the name of Bassmaster Charter Member Rick Klein.
